Fundamental to our mission is a commitment to stand in solidarity with those we serve. Our chapters are at the heart of this effort. Located in cities throughout the United States, HTH Chapters educate and mobilize their local communities in support of HTH's mission. Independently run with creativity and innovation each Chapter has carved out a unique path. Always open to new members and new ideas our Chapters need your help.
